NCI 1-Core PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed Copper Cable with Aluminium Wire Armour (AWA) is manufactured to BS 6346 standard at 0.6/1 kV rating. Made by National Cables Industry (NCI), Sharjah UAE — ESMA Emirates Quality Mark certified and BASEC approved — this single-core cable is engineered for heavy-duty underground power distribution, substation feeders, and high-current industrial circuits across the UAE and GCC.
The round stranded compacted (rmc) copper conductor ensures superior conductivity and flexibility during installation. PVC insulation provides robust resistance to moisture, chemicals and mechanical stress, while the continuous aluminium wire armour delivers excellent mechanical protection against soil pressure and accidental damage in direct burial applications.
