Serrated Washer
The CABTEK Serrated Washer is a flameproof, explosion-proof accessory that provides vibration-resistant locking for cable gland and enclosure entries in hazardous areas. It covers a wide range from M16 to M130 and 1/2 to 5 inch NPT, with metric, NPT, BSP, ET, and PG thread options. Built from brass with a nickel-plated finish (also available in stainless steel, PCP, and LSOH), it resists corrosion and chemical environments while supporting earth bonding and IP maintenance. Its serrated teeth grip the mating surface to prevent loosening under vibration. It is ATEX and IECEx compatible and compliant with EN/IEC 60079 and BS 6121:Part 5:1993. Ideal for explosion-proof enclosures, ATEX installations, and process-industry cable entries.
