The RR Kabel HRPVC range — comprising H03V2V2-F, H05V2V2-F (round) and H03V2V2H2-F, H05V2V2H2-F (flat) — is a heat-resistant PVC flexible cable built to BS EN 50525-2-11, specifically designed for connections in household appliances and internal wiring purposes where high ambient temperatures and humid spaces are present. Unlike the standard H03VV-F / H05VV-F series, the V2 designation signifies a higher-grade PVC insulation (type TI3 per EN 50363-3) and outer sheath (type TM3 per EN 50363-4.1) that withstands the elevated temperatures and humid conditions found inside dishwashers, ovens, dryers, HVAC equipment, and similar appliances. Constructed with bare copper fine wire conductors (EN 60228 Class 5), harmonised core colours to HD 308, cores stranded in layers with optimal lay-length, and a PVC outer sheath TM3 (EN 50363-4.1), this cable handles flexing up to +90°C and fixed installation down to -30°C up to +90°C. Available in round (H03V2V2-F / H05V2V2-F) and flat (H03V2V2H2-F / H05V2V2H2-F) constructions, rated 300/300V and 300/500V respectively, with configurations from 2-core up to 5-core and sections from 0.5mm² to 4mm². PVC is self-extinguishing and flame retardant per EN 60332-1-2. Fixed installation bending radius: 5× cable diameter. Certified REACH, RoHS, and CE.
