The RR Kabel H05Z-K and H07Z-K are halogen-free, low smoke zero halogen (LSOH) single-core flexible wiring cables built to BS EN 50525-3-41, designed for installation in dry environments where protecting valuable assets from fire damage is a critical priority. These cables are used for wiring lighting fixtures, switchboards, distributors, and enclosed installation ducts where the release of toxic halogen gases during a fire would be unacceptable — making them the preferred choice in public buildings, hospitals, transport hubs, and high-value facilities across the UAE. The H05Z-K (300/500V) covers sections from 0.5mm² to 1mm², while the H07Z-K (450/750V) covers 1.5mm² to 240mm², together spanning the complete range of single-core wiring requirements. Direct operating voltages up to 900V against ground are permitted for rail-coach applications, and for inner wiring of switchboards and distributors, these cables handle alternating nominal voltages up to 1000V or direct voltages up to 750V against ground. The Class 5 flexible plain/metal coated stranded copper conductor is insulated with cross-linked Polyolefin EI5 (EN 50363-5), delivering excellent smoke density, halogen-free, corrosivity, and ozone-resistant properties. Available in 12 colour options and two conductor types. Certified REACH, RoHS, and CE.
